This major global FMCG Manufacturer supplies the vast majority of retail channels with branded quality products. The UK team is seeking Lean Transformation specialists with blue chip, preferably FMCG implementation and leadership experience.
If you have in-depth Lean implementation functional specialist experience, using Lean methods to effect significant improvements for customers while working closely and positively with people, as well as the ability to be mobile in your career, this role could well suit you.
It is likely that your experience in Continuous Improvement and associated culture change, will include TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing or Total Productive Management) or JIPM, or closely related credible Lean approaches.
Processes are high volume, sometimes continuous, and include packaging. Extensive use of OEE and SMED are highly desirable.
The ability to operate effectively, and interact credibly, in a professional, extremely customer focused environment are essential.
You will effect significant improvements for customers while working closely and positively with people, and will need to be mobile in your career.
