With a leading reputation for successfully helping major organisations across the Public and Private Sectors create significant performance improvements through Lean Transformation to meet business needs for improved competitiveness, our Clients plans are for strong growth throughout 2010, and these include the need to add Lean Experts, Specialists and Professionals continuously on an Associate basis.
It is most likely that you will have substantial previous specialist Lean Consulting experience, however it is also possible that you are an able Lean expert who has been operating internally in an organisation and are looking to make a move into self-employment as a Lean professional.
Strengths in working with processes to meet customer requirements, identifying and eliminating waste, and enabling and developing a capable problem solving culture, are highly desirable.
As somebody who is able to demonstrate credibility in the Lean Transformation field you will have in-depth abilities in Lean principles and significant experience in their deployment.
Associates are expected to be able to grasp, and add value to, client situations quickly and work with small teams effectively. You will receive a full induction to allow you to understand and properly represent the company's approach, brand and style professionally.
You will be able to be coach and deliver benefits with Lean Transformation, and also to establish and build positive relationships, to transfer your knowledge and build capability for sustainability.
Associate contracts are on multi-month basis with high levels of utilisation. You will enjoy a close and respectful relationship within the Clients own teams.
You will need to be able to able to stay and work away from home during the working week.
For those that would like to, there may also be the possibility for Associate-ships to convert to permanent roles on a mutually acceptable basis.
