As UK and European Specialists in Recruitment for Lean Transformations and in Developing Capability, we are working closely with leading Consulting Organisations to fulfil a range of Lean Jobs of scope.

Such Clients’ plans are for strong growth throughout 2011 and 2012, and these include the need to add Lean Specialist Professionals continuously on an Associate basis.

1. ๏ Ongoing in 2012

As somebody who is able to demonstrate credibility in the Lean Transformation field you will have in-depth abilities in Lean principles and significant experience in their deployment in an External Consultancy capacity in a range of applications and Sectors. 

Associates are expected to be able to grasp and add value to, Client situations quickly and work effectively and positively with people and their teams at all levels.  

You will be able to coach and deliver benefits with Lean Transformation, and also establish and build outstanding relationships, to transfer your knowledge and build Lean Capability for sustainability.

You will receive a full induction to allow you to properly represent and reflect the specific approach, brand and style Professionally, and also to work closely with colleagues.

Sectors: Services, Transactional, Financial, NHS or Private Healthcare, Customer Services, FMCG, and Retail.

These Associate Contract Jobs require 5 days per week commitment over a continuous multi-month basis.  Associate Contracts are often extended, based on Associate availability.
